Who I Help

Caring. Connecting. Creating.

Therapy at 3C Counseling & Wellness is grounded in three core values: Caring, Connecting, and Creating. These values guide how I support clients in understanding themselves, healing from past experiences, and creating meaningful change.

I offer trauma-informed, virtual therapy and in-person therapy for adults and young adults throughout Connecticut, including clients in Rocky Hill and surrounding areas. I offer a neuro-affirming and inclusive space.

Who I Help

I work with adults and young adults who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or persistent overthinking
  • Trauma or difficult past experiences
  • Mood changes or challenges with emotional regulation
  • Life transitions, such as parenthood, relationships, or identity shifts
  • Grief, loss, or a sense of disconnection
  • Religious/spiritual trauma or questioning long-held beliefs
  • Neurodivergence or sensory sensitivities, and feeling misunderstood or exhausted by environments that aren’t built to support them

My typical clients are capable, thoughtful people who feel internally stuck and want deeper understanding—not just quick fixes.

Therapy Goals

While therapy goals are individualized, many clients come to therapy wanting to:

  • Feel calmer, more grounded, and less reactive
  • Understand emotional patterns and where they come from
  • Build self-compassion, boundaries, and self-trust
  • Heal from past experiences that continue to affect the present
  • Improve communication and relationships
  • Feel more connected to their values and sense of purpose
  • Improve self-care habits and routines that support balance and prevent burnout

Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about supporting growth, healing, and alignment.

How I Help (The 3C Approach)

  • Caring: Creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported and understood
  • Connecting: Helping you better understand your emotions, experiences, and mind-body responses
  • Creating: Supporting meaningful, sustainable change through insight, skills, and integration

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices such as DBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), along with mindfulness and holistic strategies.
